The Academy of Medicine of New Jersey

New Jersey health care institutions may become members of the Academy through payment of annual dues. Eligible institutions and organizations are those whose primary mission is the delivery of health services and/or health and medical education. Dues are $500.00 annually and provide selected benefits:

Reduced fees for specified Academy programs and services.

Expeditious processing of program and speaker requests.

Receipt of regular Academy announcements, mailings and publications.

Grant funded program gratis.

Design and implementation of customized system wide programs to meet unique and specific needs.

The following are also available:

Guidance in the development of CME Programs using faculty, program objectives, topics, and course format selected by the member; and

Support for physicians and staff in needs assessment, faculty selection, correspondence, format selection, evaluation, record keeping, and marketing.

For your convenience, the Institutional Membership Application may now be submitted online. When submitting your application online, please print out the confirmation page and mail it with the annual dues to AMNJ at the address below.

The Institutional Membership Application may also be submitted by mail. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or above to access the printed form. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free at Adobe.com.
